Display Configurations are a set of colors that are used to customize Displays and Panel Displays.

The inputs of a display are ordered. The state of all the inputs are read as a binary number, and this number corresponds to the index in the color list.

In a Panel Display, the shortest input peg is the least significant bit, and the longest input peg is the most significant.
