The Panel Key is a variant of the Key that goes through the Circuit Board it's placed on.
Behavior
Configurability
The Panel Key can be edited, with the same options as Keys.
Placement
The Panel Key can only be placed in the center of a Circuit Board square. It can be fine-rotated.
